Thankyou Kannur for Kerala Flood Relief donation

First of all, we would like to thank Kannur city residents for playing a good support to extend help to the people affected by Kerala flood in August 2018. We each and every one has supported each other to extend our help to the affected people in the different places. The social media was flooded with messages supporting help and campaign from the last 2-3 weeks and still, we all are doing our maximum.
We are proud to say that our team was also there for the support from the day August 15 mid onwards.
16th | Our team created a web portal for extending support for the relief activities on 15th mid. Request received from social media and the web portal was verified, updated and transferred to nearby teams 24*7. The relief camps were updated in the maps with the help of many volunteers from all over Kerala. Thanks for their support. On Aug 17th we have decided to start a Collection point to collect relief materials. The collection point was arranged for people to drop their contribution to the point. Our team and other volunteers were there from 10am to 11pm. We have collected many items which includes food items, clothes, napkins, washing and cleaning soaps, medicinal items. The Greens Hypermarket extended their support by providing 10% off to the customers who buy items for the contribution. There was a good response. Many people came to us asking what all items they can contribute. Some people came to us and took the list from us to buy items.
