WhatsApp testing "Share to Facebook" Option

The messenger and call app, WhatsApp Messenger now owned by Facebook are testing a new feature called "Share to Facebook". It is found on the recent beta update of version 2.19.162.

The new feature allows a user to long press on any message and share the message to Facebook directly from the app. Although Whatsapp has added this feature to its beta version is still in testing from their end. This feature is there on the new beta update, but not clear what's after pressing the "Share to Facebook" option.

I and my friends have updated the latest beta version today. But the button seems to be doing anything for us. Every time when we click on the button nothing is happening after that. Even I have facebook messenger installed on my phone, nothing is happening when the button is pressed.

Whatsapp is testing new features on every update to improve the service to the users.
